Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes discounted items such as our $99 Damascus folding knives.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with its sheath. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@forgextools.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right. Defects are also covered by our 30-day limited warranty. See our FAQs page for warranty details.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom or personalized orders and gift cards cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it.
