This website is operated by ForgeXTools, LLC ("ForgeXTools", "we", "us", "our"). ForgeXTools offers this website, including all information, tools, and services, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SECTION 1 – AGE AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from ForgeXTools. We sell knives and bladed tools, and we may cancel any order where we believe this rule is not met.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. The information you give us must be true, current, and complete.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Our knives and machetes are handmade from Damascus steel. Blade patterns, handle materials, colors, weight, and measurements vary from piece to piece. Photos show the design, not the exact item you will receive. This natural variation is not a defect.
Our products are sharp tools, sold for lawful use by responsible adults. They are not weapons. You are responsible for safe handling, safe storage, and keeping products away from children.
We may change product descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – LOCAL LAWS
Laws on buying, owning, carrying, and importing knives differ by country, state, and city. You are responsible for checking that a product is legal where you live before you order. We are not liable if an item is seized, delayed, or refused by customs or local authorities.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment. If we need to change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email, phone number, or address you gave us, and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.
Purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Taxes, duties, and international shipping charges are shown at checkout or charged by your country, where they apply.
If an item is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and give a full refund.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free on US orders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand your order to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Our knives come with a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms are on our FAQs page. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 8 – KICKSTARTER PLEDGES
Pledges made on Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter's terms and are handled separately from orders placed in this store.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including the ForgeXTools name, logo, product names, designs, photos, text, and video, belongs to ForgeXTools, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

SECTION 10 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas, or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit, and publish them in any media without payment to you. You confirm your feedback is your own, is truthful, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our site may link to or use services we do not control, such as Kickstarter, payment providers, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. This store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made with ForgeXTools, LLC, not Shopify.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to send spam, to upload harmful code, to scrape or copy our content, or to interfere with the site's security or operation. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.

Except for the limited warranty in Section 7, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForgeXTools, LLC and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, or improper storage of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to protect and hold harmless ForgeXTools, LLC from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law.

SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited as needed and the rest will remain in effect.

SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
